Deliveries and Returns

We do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Packages are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your payment.

If you choose to ship by post or Colissimo, your package will arrive within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays) for mainland France.

If you prefer delivery via Chronopost, your package will arrive the day after the dispatch date (excluding weekends and public holidays) for mainland France.

Outside mainland France, the delivery time for your package will be estimated based on the destination country when you confirm your order. You will also receive a confirmation email when your goods leave, indicating the delivery time, whether in France or abroad.

We would like to inform you that, although the delivery times indicated are respected in the vast majority of cases (99.9%), they may be slightly longer for reasons internal to the postal services. Indeed, the delivery of parcels depends solely on the postal services and not on our responsibility. In this case, we undertake to do everything possible to assist you with the postal services and guarantee the arrival of your parcel as soon as possible.

In order to guarantee compliance with these deadlines, we ask you to please take note of the following:

In the event of non-receipt of the parcel within the announced deadlines, please consult the tracking number of your parcel, sent by email at the time of dispatch (you can also find it on our site in the "my account" section of your personal space).

If the message indicates "Parcel pending, recipient notified with 15 days to collect the parcel", this means that your parcel is pending at your post office because you were absent when the postman came. In this case, you simply need to go to the post office to collect your package. For the retention period of your package, the post office will take into account the day after the day of deposit of the notice of passage as day 1.

- The postal services can only deliver to one address and according to the elements indicated when you order on our site.

- It is unfortunately not possible to define a precise delivery time.

- The postal services cannot contact you by telephone under any circumstances before the delivery of the package.

For your information, the delivery rate depends on the weight of your order, the chosen shipping method, and the destination of the package.

The amount of the shipping costs is clearly indicated on the screen during the validation process of your order in phase n°4 - Delivery.

Finally, with regard to returns of goods, we do our utmost to bring you complete satisfaction. However, if an item does not suit you, you have 7 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return or replacement. In this case, simply send us your request by email via our form. You will then receive the return form by email. No returns will be accepted without our prior acceptance.
