Deliveries and Returns

We do everything we can to ensure your delivery as quickly as possible. Packages are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your payment.

If you choose shipping by Post or Colissimo, your package will reach you within 48 hours to 72 hours after shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays) for Metropolitan France.

If you prefer delivery via Chronopost, your package will arrive the day after the dispatch day (excluding weekends and public holidays) for Metropolitan France.

Outside mainland France, the time it takes to receive your package will be estimated based on the country of destination when validating your order. You will also receive a confirmation email upon departure of your goods indicating the delivery time whether in France or abroad.

We would still like to inform you that, although the delivery times indicated are respected in the vast majority of cases (99.9%), they may be very slightly longer for reasons internal to the postal services. Indeed, the delivery of packages depends solely on postal services and not our responsibility. In this case, we undertake to do everything possible to assist you with postal services and guarantee the arrival of your package as quickly as possible.

To ensure compliance with these deadlines, we kindly ask you to take note of the following:

If you do not receive the package within the announced deadlines, please consult the tracking number of your package, sent by email at the time of shipment (you can also find it on our site in the "my account" section of your personal space ).

If the message says "Parcel awaiting, recipient notified with 15 days to collect the parcel", this means that your parcel is waiting at your post office because you were absent when the postman came. In this case, all you have to do is go to the post office to collect your package. For the retention period of your package, the post office will take into account the day after the day of delivery of the delivery notice as day 1.

- Postal services can only deliver to a single address and depending on the elements indicated when you order on our site.

- Unfortunately, it is not possible to define a precise delivery time.

- The postal services cannot under any circumstances contact you by telephone before delivery of the package.

For your information, the delivery rate depends on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the destination of the package.

The amount of shipping costs is clearly indicated on the screen during the process of validating your order in phase n°4 - Delivery.

Finally, regarding merchandise returns, we do our best to provide you with complete satisfaction. However, if an item does not suit you, you have 7 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return or replacement. In this case, you simply need to send us a request by email via our form

. You will then receive the return form by email. No returns will be accepted without prior acceptance from us.
